The Regional Marketing team is responsible for in-app campaign planning, product marketing, partnerships and content strategy to drive acquisition and engagement.

The Regional Brand and Growth Marketing team covers all aspects of online and performance marketing, which involve tracking and measuring data to better reach our users.

Our local marketing teams work closely with the regional teams to localise and adapt strategies to increase brand awareness and acquisition in each market.

  • Responsible for data gathering, analysis and reports of the Community Team (Social Media, Influencer Marketing and Live Commerce Areas);
  • Social Media: Monitor daily posts on Tiktok, Instagram, Twitter and others to gather performance, determine efficacy for campaign improvement and for weekly analysis;
  • Influencer Marketing: Clipping influencer's posts in real team and work with them to perform the best during the campaigns;
  • Lives Commerce: Create and deliver weekly analysis to improve daily results aligned with the KPIs of the team;
  • Responsible for the interface with the BI Team to create and improve BI dashboards;
  • Works closely with crossfunctional teams to provide insight and recommendations about digital influencers and social media campaigns;
  • Support the three areas to generate insights and learnings, besides benchmarking and references;
  • Responsible for tracking vouchers, coins and general budgets to suggest course of action for the Community Team;

Requirements:


  • Relevant previous experience in Analytics, Performance or Online Marketing;
  • Highly selfmotivated and proactive, cando attitude;
  • Experience with social media analytics with good data visualization skills;
  • Experience with Socialbakers and other analytics tools is a plus;
  • Knowledge of social media KPIs and native platform analytic tools;
  • Advanced English.
  • Passion for all social media and digital influencers;
  • Strong Excel skills;
  • Google Analytics experience is a plus;
  • Experience working with eCommerce is a plus.
