About the Job Title:

Identify needs and implement practical solutions to create the right environment, guiding the formation of an agile mindset and removing impediments for the team to achieve the planned goals;
Encourage effective communication and cooperation among team members;
Support team members in conflict resolution;
Plan, facilitate and conduct project meetings;
Facilitate integration between team deliverables and relationships with other teams;
Train teams that accompany in agile frameworks; Train teams he/she accompanies in agile frameworks

Help the Product Owner create a backlog of customer value;
Make the status report to the client about the project's progress;
Help and teach the team to be self-managed

What do you need to take part in this selection process?
Experiência como Scrum Master, Agile Team Coach ou Agile Master e com métricas de fluxo de desenvolvimento de produtos digitais;
Sólida experiência com a ferramenta JIRA ( nível avançado);
Inglês avançado|fluente ( necessário ter boa conversação).
