• Extensive knowledge of Revit.

• Experience working on residencial and modular projects
• Autodesk Point Layout
• AutoCad
• Practical Knowledge of plumbing code

• Utilize Revit to design and coordinate Mechanical and Plumbing systems daily.
• Develop models from design to asbuilt conditions and create detailed 2D and 3D construction documents for installation and prefabrication, such as sleeve layouts, installation drawings, fabrication drawings, pipe spooling, quantity takeoffs, and asbuilts.
• Work independently and collaboratively with other trades and partners on fastpaced projects.
• Update and track changes of existing models and attend design/construction coordination and clash detection meetings with other trades.
• Collaborate with field staff to optimize installation, review and inspect installations, and issue reports.
• Manage subtrades in the BIM environment and prioritize tasks.
• Stay up to date with industry best practices by attending educational workshops and seminars, reviewing professional publications, establishing a personal network of industry peers, and being highly motivated to learn.
