Work dedicated to the SPI/InTools project, leading Site testing and issue resolution.


Specifics tasks & responsibilities:


  • Lead Site testing and issue resolution
  • Support Analyst for users on SPI Suite

Primary Skills Required:


  • Application Support experience, with strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
  • Initiative & Self-Monitoring - involves recognizing needed information or resources; taking initiative to carry out the activities of the position; monitoring and ensuring quality and thoroughness of own work while refraining from devoting effort to non-productive, peripheral details.
  • Task-oriented and self-organized
  • Proficient in Hexagon Smart Instrumentation (SPI) 2019/13.1 functionality (If they have cloud knowledge that would be great)
  • Proficient in English
  • Flexibility to work different time zones (not daily, as needed)

Scope of Work specific to this Assignment:

  • Lead Site testing and issue resolution
  • Support Analyst for users on SPI Suite
