As a Human Resource function, we help our people be the best version of themselves, offering resources and tools, coaching, learning, and development opportunities.

We work to help employees and teams succeed. Our work supports over 725 people managers and 4,000 global employees.

This position will serve as dedicated human resources support for our Latin America region including Brazil, Argentina, Colombia, Chile and Mexico.


As our People Partner, you'll support HID's success by:

  • Managing and resolving employee relations matters, providing advice and mitigating the creation of formal employee relations issues where possible.
  • Instituting consistent practices that ensure all colleagues and their managers are fully engaged in the performance management process.
  • Instituting consistent practices that ensure all colleagues and their managers are proactively engaged in the absence management process enabling a successful and supportive return to work following short
- or long-term spells of sickness.

  • Coaching hiring managers in all aspects of position management and support stakeholders in the requisition creation, approval process as well as scoping the job architecture and assessing market competitiveness.
  • Ensuring a firstclass employee orientation and onboarding experience for new and acquired employees is prepared and announcements are proactively communicated.
  • Ensuring our goodbye is a professional experience through tailored outplacement support, preretirement planning and exit interview discussions that are handled with curiosity and a learning mindset.
  • Driving the adoption and implementation of the employee engagement and diversity and inclusion strategy.
  • Training and coaching employees and managers throughout the HR processes on the system navigation as well as the quality of the conversations.
  • Proactively supporting the people agenda and provide balanced insights and advice that will help drive the Business towards achieving its goals.
  • Partnering with the Global Compliance team to ensure seamless handoffs so they are set up for success in being able to accurately capture the data changes within our various systems in real time.

What we will love about your background:

  • Working knowledge of relevant labor laws, investigation protocols, employee consultation processes and conflict resolution strategies are needed.
  • Comprehensive experience is required to conduct involuntarily terminations and furlough programs in a respectful and dignified manner.
  • Skilled at navigating and influencing through a matrixed organization
  • Ability to stay in tune with emerging trends, changes to legislation and best practices you work in partnership with the Global HR Compliance team to manage policy changes and implement local strategies.

Your Experience and Education include:


  • Bachelor's Degree with a focus in Human Resources (preferred)
  • Proven and progressive experience gained in HR or other equivalent roles with transferrable skills
  • Proven ability to collaborate crossfunctionally, build strong relationships and become a trusted partner to relevant stakeholders
