Overview:


Front End developer is responsible for transforming the design and the product vision into working products and will directly influence how users will interact with the system.

The role will be critical to translate systems functionality into intuitive navigation screens that meets and enhances user experience.


Responsibilities:


  • Interact with Projects Managers, Business Analysts, Architects, Developers and stakeholders throughout the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
  • Create clean, intuitive interfaces to optimize user experience in cooperation with users, designers and developers
  • Ensure the code follows latest coding practices and industry standards
  • Work closely with backend developers to understand and properly use the systems APIs
  • Write both unit and integration tests, and develop automation tools for daily tasks
  • Challenge ideas and opinions to avoid pitfalls and inefficient solutions

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Expert experience with HTML, CSS/LESS/SCSS/etc., JavaScript, and responsive design
  • Mobile development experience with either native, hybrid or webtonative tooling and frameworks
  • Experience using JavaScript frameworks and libraries, such as React, Angular, Vuejs, Bootstrap, jQuery etc.
  • Well versed with RESTful web services to connect frontend to backend services as well as with usage of MVC pattern
  • Knowledge of UI/UX best practices
  • Knowledge of Object-Oriented programing
  • Ability to write effective unit, integration, and enduser automation tests
  • Experience working in agile development teams
  • Understand technical best practices to support Agile development
  • Understands relationship between Product Owner, Scrum Master, and rest of team
  • Understanding basics of Scrum methodology
  • Strong communication skills with ability to communicate complex technical concepts and align organization on decisions
  • Sound problemsolving skills with the ability to quickly process complex information and present it clearly and simply
  • Utilizes team collaboration to create innovative solutions efficiently
  • Excited about trying new solutions
