Key Accountabilities:


  • Carry out the management and implementation of projects, integrating all areas involved, with visibility and transparency in communicating deadlines and status of activities, monitoring the quality of deliveries. This role also including the Business Process Management, for Paints & Coatings units to contribute to the realization of commercial objectives.
  • Define and document the scope, schedule, and risks of a Project with the sales area
  • Understanding and refining the requirements of a Project, supporting the Technology area in developments.
  • Orchestrate deliverables with the areas involved, managing the Project's schedule and budget.
  • Ensure the planning and execution of the necessary tests to guarantee the quality of the deliverables.
  • Work with autonomy to propose new solutions that add value to Paints & Coatings;
  • Define & implement best practices in project management and Business Process Management
  • Support all matters related to Sales.
  • Implement and manage projects with the sales team.
  • Accurately and transparently provide information about deadlines, project status, monitoring of deliveries, as well as the quality of deliveries.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or similar
  • Advanced English skills
  • Desired experience with process flows, Project Management & Business Process Management
  • Power BI experience (desired).
  • Handson, good communication skills to navigate between different areas.
  • Open to hybrid work (3x2).
