Responsibilities:


The Opportunity
-
Lead B2B strategic and global multi-functional programs/project, focusing in DIGITAL Commercial transformation programs with direct contact with members of LatAm and PBF ExComm;
-
Key and active communication with LatAm and Global teams to articulate and promote digital implementation. Clearly communicate project goals, expectations, and deadlines to avoid misunderstandings. Foster an environment where team members feel comfortable asking questions and seeking clarification;

  • Requires a combination of strategic thinking, effective communication, change management expertise, and the ability to navigate complexities within the organization.

Your Impact

As Progam Manager your scope would consist of:

  • Drive our B2B transformation agenda along senior management, putting eGTM strategy into action;
  • B2B Program/project management: Strong project management skills to plan, organize, and execute digital initiatives effectively. This includes setting timelines, defining tasks, allocating resources, and monitoring progress. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget;
  • Lead eGTM multifunctional team (Director, Manager, team member) to develop detailed eGTM implementation plan for all initiatives. Support and track implementation through daily/weekly meetings. Prepare summary deck and present status and recommendations to Project SteerCo;
  • Identify and engage key stakeholders at various levels of the organization. Conduct thorough stakeholder analysis to identify individuals or groups affected by the transformation. Develop and execute strategies to engage and communicate with stakeholders effectively;
  • Financial management: Manage the budget for the digital program. Track expenses, ensure financial accountability, and make budgetary decisions;
  • Vendor management: Coordinate execution plan with vendors and manage relationships to ensure the delivery of contracted services. Oversee the implementation and integration of digital technologies;
  • Communication: Develop and execute a clear communication strategy for the digital program. Keep stakeholders informed about progress, changes, and milestones;

Change Management:
Support change management processes to ensure successful adoption of transformation initiatives, to keep stakeholders informed and engaged. Support capability building of functional managers in project management tools, mindset, and behaviors.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience and track record in crossfunctional program/project management required;
  • Program/Project and process management: able to leverage a strong toolkit and broad repertoire of techniques and tools for effectively managing critical initiatives;
  • Problem solving: structured thinker with ability to define key problems to be solved, driving decisionmaking with a clear understanding of key business value drivers;
  • Communicating with impact: excellent verbal and written communications capabilities, able to articulate complex concepts and influence stakeholders at all levels;
  • Possess a comprehensive understanding of change management that is a crucial aspect of any organizational transformation;
  • Making it happen: strong ability to translate strategic recommendations into implementation workplans connecting to organizational capabilities and constraints;
  • Leading the agenda: deep leadership and influence skills along senior leaders, including the ability to challenge the status quo;
  • Understanding key business metrics and financial implications of strategic decisions;
  • Managing the organization: operates efficiently and effectively in a matrixed environment, demonstrating effective collaboration across multiple layers, within and among teams;
  • Experience with agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum) and digitization agenda highly desired;
