Overview

Specific responsibilities of the role:

Conhecer a rorina administrativa e técnica do Facility, realizar os serviços administrativos da Área com interface e suporte aos demais integrantes da equipe e tamém dos outros Setores além de orientar demais integrantes da equipe sobre os procedimentos

Dar apoio na Rotina da Frota de veículos de TAU (Benefício e Serviços)

Gestão dos serviços dos Fretados e demais serviços de transporte que envolvem TAU

Dar apoio ao Facility no pontos do Cartão Corporativo (Amex e EBTA) para TAU

SAP / Lançamentos e Acompanhamento diário : Criar PRs conforme procedimento interno e tipo de material/serviço.

Controle de NFs e fornecedores com visão dos lançamentos, verificação valores das NFs em relação ao PO/ Contrato e saldo dos pedidos p/ manter pagamento da NF's.

Montagem dos Processos de compras "Guarda chuva" para PO's de contratos de TAU

Mensageria :
Gestão das correspondências (Recebimento e Despacho) p/ malotes internos de TAU, Correio, DHL, Motoboy.

Qualifications & Experience

Competencies:

Qualificação geral com curso superior em Administração ou similar para exercer a função e desenvolver as atividades.

Comunicação clara que permita uma boa relação interpessoal.
