Local Unit & Position Description:

Support preparation of monthly management & KPI reports which facilitate global or regional GSS performance management
Analysis and control of financial data
Support implementation and effective use of IT tools and processes
Support of planning and forecasting processes
Support and conduct tasks related to the monthly closing processes
Close cooperation with Global GSS Controlling and regional Management Team
Master data maintenance (e.g. structures in finance systems/reorg tool)
Setup and maintain internal projects in ERP
Setup of IORAs
Review of supplier's invoices and allocation to the respective project / task incl. posting of events
Billing towards internal customers, incl. posting of events

Position Qualifications:

Studying Business Administration, Accounting, Economy or related areas
Excellent analytical skills
Very good MS Office skills (especially Excel)
Experience with ERP systems and Business Intelligence tools
Strong team player and organization, communication skills and capable and confident to challenge the status quo and drive for continual improvement
Fluent in English and Native in Portuguese (mandatory)
Positive attitude and customer focus
Attentive to detail and deadlines
Curious and creative
Passion and willingness to learn and understand new software/accounting systems
Available to work 30 hours per week, immediate start
