Our objective is to make the Farmers more resilient through insurance solutions, and we need someone with this sense of joint construction.


About the Role


You will be responsible for expanding the Agro Insurance Business, focusing on the Livestock/Bloodstock Lines and Property Rural (Machines and Properties), seeking new solutions and developing Distribution Channels.


Some of these activities are:

  • Define and drive the business expansion strategy for the Livestock/Bloodstock and Property Rural Lines.
  • Capturing opportunities for the development and improvement of the products in the portfolio with the market.
  • Develop a guideline with risks appetites for these Lines, together with the underwriting leaders.
  • Develop and monitor strategic marketing channels.
  • Technically support the commercial structure in the relationship and development of business with the distribution network of Bradesco Seguros.

About the Team


We are a team of experts in Agro insurance, combining solid backgrounds and spirit of innovation to contribute with the development of this segment in the market.


About You

Must have:

  • More than 2 years of experience in Rural Insurance, preferably in Bloodstock/Livestock or Property Rural;
  • Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in the following areas: Zootecnics, Agricultural Engeneering, Agronomy or related areas;
  • You've got strong interpersonal skills and can communicate well. You should have skills to solve conflicts and Business direction, with good technical knowledge.
  • General knowledge in business planning.

Nice to have:

  • Rural risk underwriting experience
