Job Description:

  • Carry out welding of metal parts using MIG, TIG, and coated electrode welding equipment;
  • Prepare parts to be welded by making cuts, adjustments, and cleaning;
  • Interpret technical drawings and welding specifications;
  • Perform visual inspection of welds performed, ensuring work quality;
  • Keep the workplace organized and clean, following safety standards;
  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of welding equipment;
  • Work in a team, collaborating with other professionals in the field;
  • Perform other activities related to the position as required by the company.

Requirements:

  • Completed elementary school education;
  • MIG, TIG, and Coated Electrode Welding Course;
  • Proven 6-month experience in the role;

Graduations:

  • Not applicable;

Differentiators:

  • Knowledge of technical drawing interpretation;
  • Certification in visual inspection of welds;
  • Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance of welding equipment.
