International project for a nonprofit social enterprise with a mission to increase career opportunities for the 71 million adults in the U.S.

who do not have a four-year college degree but are Skilled Through Alternative Routes (STARs) in the United States.

Responsibilities
The Senior Solutions Architect is responsible for the ideation, implementation, and maintenance of software solutions for their Talent Marketplace. This scope of responsibility includes the user interface, scalability, interoperability of APIs, and security. The role includes scoping requirements, contributing to design documents, and implementing features.

Requirements (Must Have)
Advanced English- Knowledge of Python language (advanced level)- Knowledge in SQL Exposure to multiple, diverse technologies and processing environments- Understands how to drive and implement strategic technology solutions in support of critical business functions.

Hands

-on knowledge of all components of an enterprise technical architecture Organizationally savvy, with a good understanding of the enterprise and how to navigate, influence, and persuade.- Ability to provide expert Technical and Thought Leadership in a domain or technical area- Ability to understand the long-term ("big picture") and short-term perspectives of situations.- Ability to translate future-state business capabilities and requirements into solution architecture requirements Outstanding leadership skills including partnering, consensus building, and influencing- Experience providing technical leadership to a distributed set of Teams comprised of onsite and offsite Teams, including both Employees and third parties-
