Key Roles and Responsibilities:


  • Lead the DRP process (Distribution Requirements Planning) for all product categories of Consumer Health Brazil.
  • Lead portfolio management according business strategy and safet stock.
  • Tracking closely service and inventory metrics (GI, DOS, OTIF and NPO) proposing and executing action plans to achieve the targets.
  • Be the focal point between sales and the supply chain teams (forecast short term) seeking, listening to, and incorporates diverse points of view.
  • Responsible to assess and identify gaps in tools/processes for performance improvement.
  • Support business projects implementations providing knowledge and data analysis
(ex:

Sampa).

  • Support In Market Brazil team in all process related of the area (Free Samples, CTE, DDL, POM, Intercompany imports process and SLOB).

Qualifications

  • A Minimum Of A Bachelor's Degree Required.
  • 5+Supply Chain / Commercial Experience.
  • Great communication and influence skills and resilience.
  • Availability To Travel to Sao Paulo or São Jose dos Campos (20% of the time).
  • Advanced Level Of Excel.
  • Advanced Level Of English.

Desirable:


  • Previous experience in S&OP.
  • Masters Of Business Administration (MBA).
  • Advanced Level Of Spanish.
  • Six Sigma/Process Excellence Tools, Training And/Or Certification.
  • APICS/CPIM/IBF Certification.

São José dos Campos ou São Paulo.
