Position Overview
We are seeking an
Associate to support account management and new sales for our Energy, Climate, and Resources team.

The Associate will support work for energy, mining, agriculture, and chemical sector clients, as well as Eurasia Group's climate and sustainability engagements.


Responsibilities:


  • Coordinate project and advisory delivery for clients. This includes scheduling meetings, assembling client materials, taking notes, and tracking follow up items
  • Draft contracts for client engagements
  • Conduct market research and support new business strategy
  • Track client news and prepare briefings on client priorities (such as recent mergers and acquisitions)
  • Manage planning for Eurasia Group's engagements during roadshows and events
  • Facilitate internal coordination and collaboration with other EG practices and colleagues in support of client work
  • Manage internal and external coordination for client logístical issues such as invoicing, contract management and research entitlements

Qualifications:


  • Educational background in business, sales, or related field
  • Strong writing skills, organizational skills, and attention to detail
  • Intellectual curiosity, creativity, and a teamoriented mindset
  • 4+ years of experience in a professional services environment is desirable
  • Experience with customer relationship management systems is desirable; experience with Salesforce is preferred
  • Prior experience with consulting projects is desirable
  • Full business proficiency in the English language is essential

Location:


  • This position will be located in São Paulo or Brasilia.
  • All applicants must be eligible to work in Brazil.
