Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a Sr. Financial Analyst to join the MedTech FP&A team, located in Sao Paulo, Brazil.

The Sr Analyst will have significant exposure with Finance Leadership team as well as extraordinary connection with LATAM FP&A team members, Business Unit Finance, Global Services, and specific business partners throughout the organization.

Understanding FP&A process and interactions, as well as main tools and systems are essential enablers for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

Standard reporting and analytics execution
Planning Calendar governance
Planning consolidation and reporting
Management deck preparation for actuals and planning cycles
Responsible for consolidating Opex budget and perform BvA analysis for selected business partner
Balance Sheet forecasting
Monthly P&L closing and analysis
Consolidation and analysis of Free Cash Flow according to global model
Business Plan and Quarterly Update Support and Analysis for P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow
Drive Analytics including scenario planning and financial analysis
Business partnering
BRAVO and TM1 submission

Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration / Economics / Accounting / Engineering or related
CPA, CMA, MBA and/or other financial certifications are a plus

Experience and Skills:

Required:

Proven experience in financial roles (Accounting, Financial Planning or Business Controlling)
Proficient English / Able to communicate in Spanish
Advanced Microsoft office (Excel and PowerPoint)

Preferred:

Experience in FP&A, Controlling and/or finance shared services
Solid knowledge in financial planning and analysis
SAP / TM1 / Bravo / Power BI

Other:

Ability to multitask, work under pressure, meet deadlines and be able to thrive in a fastpaced work environment
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills required
