Role Summary:
Perform management of the finished product stock, covering the receipt, storage and shipment, in order to maintain the accuracy of the stored material

Responsibilities:

In this role that you are about to embark on, you are required to carry out the following responsibilities:

Make daily visits to the warehouses to verify the shipments, the scheduling of the vehicles, the cleaning and the organization of the warehouse;
Ensure the export logistics, carrying out the sales forecast to plan the books of reserve for the maritime transport;
Load the breakingbook for the control and organization of internal shipments and carriers;
Send the monthly forecast to the shipowners;
Carry out the release of the ships, as well as the followup of their departure;
Prepare report with stock information, consulting SAP data, to monitor production and support decision making;
Carry out scheduling of the cargo to attend to the internal market;

Accompany logistic indicators

Quarterly Inventory Control, Factory Stock Inventory and Average Annual Stock;
Know and comply with the Quality, Safety, Occupational Health and Environment policies determined by the company, ensuring that the requirements and standards of the area correspond to the system adopted by the company.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, it is recommended that you should have the following skills and qualifications: - A degree in the related job field.

- Those with 1 to 2 years of working exposure or experience in a similar role will have an advantage but not essential.

- Willing to relocate to the job location.
