CREATOR
ON THE JOB
● Criar conteúdo impactante, relevante e objetivo orientado para as marcas que a agência atende
● Ter a capacidade de transformar qualquer conteúdo de marca em um volume de peças "de ouro" em social (clipes, gifs, gráficos, fotos, histórias, copys, etc.)
● Trabalhar com uma ampla gama de vídeos e imagens - desde uma coleção de fotografias a clipes de vídeo curtos - e transformando-os em ativos de conteúdo construídos para plataformas individuais e públicas
● Colaborar com as nossas equipes criativas e de estratégia para criar e adaptar vídeos, uma infinidade de fotografias, textos, gifs, clipes, streamings, etc.
● Aperfeiçoar as suas habilidades de design, edição e escrita utilizando softwares, apps e plataformas sociais
● Apoiar os seus companheiros de equipe para atender as demandas com flexibilidade, velocidade e volume, capturando os momentos mais relevantes, entregando e recebendo feedbacks, e em tudo isso mantendo uma atitude aberta, entusiasmada e proativa em relação à criação de conteúdos.
O CANDIDATO IDEAL:
● Usa e cria diariamente conteúdos diversos nas mídias sociais
● Tem a capacidade de desenvolver conteúdos relevantes em todas as plataformas e tem habilidades extraordinárias em pelo menos uma, senão todas: design, edição de vídeo, redação de mídia social
● Habilidades de videomaking, design ou experiência relevante equivalente;
todos os candidatos serão solicitados a fornecer exemplos de conteúdos recentes de contas de mídia social
● Demonstra uma paixão, curiosidade e experiência demonstradas na criação de conteúdo criativo nas plataformas de mídia social - Tweets, vídeos do TikTok, visuais do Instagram, edições do Youtube
● Proficiente em um ou muitos dos programas e apps de criação e edição de
conteúdos (criação de story do Instagram, edição do TikTok etc.)
● Responsável, comprometido, profundamente apaixonado por seus interesses pessoais e hobbies, e claro gentil e empático, porque você ama a magia da colaboração
● Experiência na criação de copy
● Possui autorresponsabilidade e se autogerencia no atingimento das metas propostas
