Talent acquisition conduction, providing data and statistics for trends and patterns.

Facilitate implementation of new employee training, development, recruiting, and other related initiatives


Guiding and cooperating as Regional HR in South America for ZIM agencies as well as 3rd parties in the implementation of all HR strategies and policies.

Compilation of HR data and metrics from the human resource information system (HRIS) and payroll outputs.

Local HR support for the Head Office in projects and reports.


HR ERP:
Update and implement HR data maintenance on regional and local level.

Leading SOX process for South America Region.

Management of employee's attendance, according to Legal requirements.

Analysis of all data from Payroll, working with Local Payroll provider.

Maintain accuracy of all Payroll process in accordance with Brazilian Labor Legislation (vacation, off boarding, timekeeping, other).

Leading and following up the onboarding process of new hires, standardization according to global procedures.

Supporting and controlling technical and Global trainings according to requirements.

Prepare reports of data results and present findings to senior leadership and HR headoffice.

Support Regional HR with Annual Development Program.

Promote and encourage all employees to development initiatives.

Organizing monthly local knowledge sharing events for employees across all departments.

Assistance on annual HR budget preparation.

Follow-up monthly Payroll expenses comparing Budget vs Actual.

Ensure compliance with employment laws and ethical standards.

Cooperating with legal advisors on critical cases.

Design and manage employee surveys and exit interviews.

Develop assessments for potential and current employees and update employment records.

Analyze competitor's practices and make recommendations to management team.

Educate employees about company policies and HR practices.


Requirements:

Strong experience and background in the field of HR.

Advanced English proficiency - mandatory.

Team player with intercultural communication skills.

Ability to communicate clearly and effectively about HR matters in between different org. levels.

Results driven and problem solver.

Payroll, compensation and benefits experience will be considered a plus.
