Responsibilities:

Attend escalation tickets
Tier 2 (IT Support Activities)
Support Senior and Jr Developer on UAT and documentation (Minor enhancements)
Perform small enhancement supervised by Developers (Minor enhancements)
Perform checklist to confirm if there is any access issue (Other activities)
Create workflow to be used by Application Support team (Other activities)

Job Requirements:
JOB REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS**- Basic skills on coding and database queries

Basic skills on MS Framework (C# and Visual.

Net)

Basic skills on Scrum/Agile
Good communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills required to accomplish established tasks and address obstacles.
Collaborative attitude focused on stakeholder visibility and use of resources in contribution to large projects.
