- services towards selected customers with a consultancy approach, to strengthen customer relationship, in alignment with Frontline Sales strategic planning._

  • You handle Operations accountable tasks within the scope of services (PIP Lean, Vending Machine, Tool Logistic and Tool rationalization, Payperpart and Consignment Stock), securing a project management approach. On top, you promote value added services to selected customers, through a cross selling and up selling aptitude, provide information on new solutions or activities._
  • You work in close collaboration with Frontline Sales, contributing to establish and follow up customer value plans, and supporting them with intelligence activities, trough reporting or data analysis on selected customers or industry segments, to identify and map trends, deviations and leads._
