About the job:

Our Team:

You will have the chance to lead the strategy for some brands we call Legacy Brands, including Dulcolax, Anador, Bisolvon and Colirio Moura Brasil. These products play in the segments of laxatives, cough & cold, body pain & headache and ocular allergy. You will also manage a great team of 2 person highly motivated.

As Jr Brand Manager you will need to:
_

Main responsibilities:

- _ Be responsible for brand strategy & business growth working in partnership with local & global Mkt teams and stakeholders like Trade Marketing, Revenue Management and Sales;_
- _ Responsible for market & brand forecast (IBP process) along with A&P management with clear recommendations for improvements;_
- _ Manage brand P&L;_
- _ Execute the brand plan calendars for 2024 and work closely on the plans for short and mid-terms;_
- _ Implement consumer centric changes in Dulcolax brand visual system (packaging, comms, POS);_
- _ Work in a collaborative & strong partnership with multifunctional team in all levels (local, regional, global);_
- _ Responsible for Intern and Jr Analyst guidance._

Managers:

Promote the culture of Ethics and Business Integrity in your team by serving as a role model by ensuring appropriate knowledge and adherence to the principles of ethics and integrity, Sanofi policies and codes of conduct that regulate the pharmaceutical market.
Comply with and promote Sanofi Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) policies in relation to the team it manages, which includes the Road Safety Program (Road Safety) with the purpose of preventing accidents, avoiding health risks, promoting the wellbeing of employees and reducing environmental impacts resulting from the execution of their work activities.
Support Sanofi Diversity, Equity and Inclusion strategy and initiatives to ensure all employees and partners are treated with respect and receive equal opportunities.

About you:

Experience:

Previous experience as Sr. Mkt Analyst or Mkt Coordinator in FMCG or Pharmaceutical industry

Soft skills:

Strategic thinking & strong analytical skills; ownership, focus on results; strong communication skills; strong relationship with commercial teams mainly & stakeholders management/influence, flexibility.

Technical skills:

Experience in competitive analysis and FMB, MDTR, Dunhumby concepts and tools;
Solid experience in leading multifunctional projects;
Brand strategy and P&L management;
Brand plans development and execution;

Education:
B_achelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing/Communications, Economics, Engineering or Pharmacy;_

Languages:
Fluent in English**.
