Operations Support Analyst to join its office in
Rio de Janeiro, Brazil **within the Energy Procurement Solutions Division.

Mission:

The Operations Support Assistant will be a key player in facilitating various stages of the inspection process, including passive cycle management, reporting management, and meticulous data entry.

This role is pivotal in maintaining an organized and efficient workflow, particularly in the area of document preparation and entry of contracts into the designated tool.

Responsibilities:

Assist in various steps of the inspection process, ensuring smooth operations.
Manage passive cycle activities, contributing to the overall efficiency of the workflow.
Prepare and enter documents accurately into the designated system.
Communicate with the business to ensure data accuracy and timeliness in the system.
Responsible for inputting contracts into the designated tool efficiently.
Collaborate with the team to register invoices in the system promptly.
Maintain a systematic approach to invoice management.

Qualifications:

Analytical mindset with great organizational skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, archiving processes, and Excel (desired).
Advanced proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
Previous experience in a similar operational support role is advantageous.
