As a
Country Manager Brazil (iGaming) at our company, we expect you to be responsible for:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans that align with the company's vision and objectives for the Brazilian iGaming brand.
  • Drive growth, profitability, and innovation in the Brazilian market for the iGaming brand.
  • Representation of the iGaming brand, collaboration with government institutions, and maintaining strong relationships with regulatory bodies.
  • Ensure full compliance with all Brazilian iGaming laws and regulations. Collaboration with the legal department and external lawyers according to internal procedures.
  • Managing the Brazilian local team and office. Foster a culture of innovation and excellence, tracking, evaluating, and promoting collaboration and communication among teams, hiring new people, and setting OKRs.
  • Oversee operational aspects of the iGaming brand, customer service, payment processing, and compliance with local regulations.
  • Organize the locallevel implementation of effective marketing and promotional strategies for the iGaming brand. Organize on a local level comprehensive market research to understand trends, customer needs, and competition for the iGaming industry.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices in all aspects of the organization's operations (administrative and operational processes)
  • Manage the organization's finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, ensuring financial sustainability and growth.
  • Identify and mitigate risks that could impact the business in all areas.

Required skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • At least
    5 years of senior management experience in the
    gaming industry, with a proven track record in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of the Brazilian market, culture, and gaming regulations.
  • Expertise in understanding and implementing Brazilian law in daily operations.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Fluent in Portuguese and English.
  • Strong financial understanding and experience in budget management.
  • Excellent problemsolving, organizational, and communication skills.
