Directa24 is a payment service provider focused on emerging markets. We process payments for our merchants 24x7x365 and invest to get the highest availability in the market. The NOC team is focused on making sure our platform works at all times.

What you will be doing:

Perform initial troubleshooting.
Clear all warnings, errors and misconfigurations.
Proactively monitor and identify problems in internal systems.
Perform preventative maintenance using preestablished best practice checklists.
Download bank statements, in case of problems with the automated platforms.
Monitor system operation in terms of postings.

Requirements:

Data Analytics (Databases, SQL);
Experience in technology;
Ability (technical and judgment) to understand urgency and make decisions;
Attention to detail;
Excellent analytical and technical skills;
Proficiency in Spanish and english;
This position requires availability to work from 2pm to 23hs ART, but initially will require the availability to take rotating shifts.
100% remote.
