CMI is looking for a driven and versatile
Business Development Manager-Chinese Enterprise** based in Brazil, who will be responsible for Enterprise selling functions, achieving revenue targets assigned by the company, maintaining good customer relationships, and supporting daily selling works, with experience in the public bidding process.


Key responsibilities:


  • Establish new business relationships with Chinese enterprises and business associations in Brazil and explore potential business opportunities. Meet revenue targets and business goals set by the company each year.
  • Manage and identify public bidding processes, and monitor the analysis of notices. Carry out market research, analyze competitors, and define prices for competitive bidding.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies for exploring new customers and business opportunities to maximize sales prospects and the company's market penetration. Formulate sales pipeline for each existing customer account and respective region.
  • Responsible for account management, and daily operational and sales activities.
  • Promote China Mobile International products and solutions to clients by organizing or participating in activities like workshops, events, and promotion campaigns.
  • Negotiate with prospects and accounts to close business; liaise with internal departments to ensure the solution meets customer requirements; establish sales model and support agreement for new customers.
  • Provide worldclass customer service and aftersales support for each customer account including service performance review, process improvement, etc. to maintain and strengthen customer loyalty.
  • Compile sales performance reports for management review.
  • Work closely with HQ and other regions to maximize business performance, sales targets, and business goals.

Job Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience within the Telecommunication industry in Brazil Region.
  • Familiar with the telecommunication market in Brazil. Strong relationship with local Chinese enterprises, Chinese business associations, as well as ISPs.
  • Excellent teamwork skills, hardworking, selfmotivated, and able to work under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Chinese, English, and Portuguese.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
The position is based in Brazil, São Paulo, and requires occasional business trips.
