ABOUT THE TEAM
Configure Price Quote Support team consists of engineers in India, Serbia, Ireland, and Brazil.

We collaborate with customers on reported issues in order to understand, troubleshoot, advise, and provide insight on CPQ code issues and behavior.

We are looking for an intern to join the Configure Price Quote(CPQ) team and work with Cloud Platforms, REST/SOAP APIs, SQLServer, Integration with C4C, CPI, Variable Configurator, etc.

You will have the opportunity to learn a vast range of technical topics and work with customers globally.

IN THIS ROLE, YOU'LL

You will help delight SAP customers by assessing and resolving known errors
You will do it by means of Knowledge Base Articles (KBAs), solved customer incidents, documentation, or verifying customized entries or hardware parameters
You will share knowledge by creating KBAs, discussing solutions with colleagues, and participating in forums
You will learn a lot of technical and business topics through classroom training, remote training sessions, mentoring, and eLearning training
When needed, you will report errors to development teams

WHO YOU ARE

We're looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stays curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.
You must be an undergraduate student in IT/Computer Science, Engineering, or related areas (from the 2nd semester or to be graduated in approximately 24 months)
Ability in troubleshooting, and root cause analysis

NICE TO HAVE

Knowledge of Interfaces and APIs (REST/SOAP)
Knowledge of Python or any scripting language
