About the role:

This is a part-time, project-based position with the potential to grow.
We are looking for someone who can work within the US time zone (MST) or have overlapping hours.


Responsibilities:


  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring effective communication and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Coordinate project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure timely and successful project execution.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, digital, and strategy, to develop and implement client marketing campaigns.
  • Conduct regular project status meetings, providing updates to clients and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
  • Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and ensure profitability while maintaining client satisfaction.
  • Prepare and present performance reports to clients, highlighting campaign results, key metrics, and recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:


  • Proven experience in account management and project coordination in a marketing or advertising agency setting.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and build strong client relationships.
  • Experience in managing multiple projects and delivering successful outcomes within specified timelines and budgets.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills to handle multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interaction and internal collaboration.
  • Customercentric approach with a focus on providing exceptional service and maintaining client satisfaction.
