The position

By joining our team in Exploration & Production Norway you will have the opportunity to:

  • Coordinate planning, follow-up, and execution of IT transition activities in line with the Equinor Management System, ensuring projects are completed safe, efficiently and effectively.
  • Support on developing budgets, plans, schedules, procedures, routines, and work processes for effective project management.
  • Understand what matters to the business, and run IT/Digital projects to drive and implement change in a complex business environment.
  • Solve key business issues and provide actionable recommendations leveraging technological knowhow and business sense.
  • Ensure safe IT project execution and handover from commissioning to Operations, adhering to cost, plan, and quality constraints through continuous risk management. Monitor progress, report regularly, and adjust actions to meet planned schedules.
  • Facilitate and ensure the transfer of experiences and knowledge to and from the project, promoting learning and development within the team.
Regularly update and establish necessary strategies and plans to align with project goals.

For this position, we are also looking for:

  • Bachelor's Degree with active Project Management Certification (PMP).
  • 5+ years of experience with project management leading a team delivering medium to large projects, driving and implementing change, using proven project management methodologies, including agile.
  • Fluent in English and Portuguese, both written and oral.
  • Previous experience on Project Management for IT Infrastructure or Offshore Plants Maintenance is desirable.
  • Eagerness to bridge business strategy to technology.
  • Ability and drive to deliver high quality results that really make a difference.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Strong networking capabilities, high level of integrity, welldeveloped selfawareness.
  • Competence or interest within one or several of the following areas is an advantage:Information technology, Operations and Maintenance, SAP, Workday, Logistics/Supply chain.
Occasional offshore trips may be required.
