Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities
The Customer Acquisition Specialist focuses on developing and executing the offline customer lead generation tactics and campaigns nationally for the Amplifon Australia
- Responsible for offline lead generation, through management of the 'cold list' and identifying and generating activities to increase 'new customer' opportunities in clinic.
- Develops and activates all offline lead generation campaigns at national level with list vendors on all channels (SMS, MD, eDM, Cold List etc.)
- Develops and activates lead generation campaigns with existing and new partnerships, such as BUPA, to solicit customer lead opportunities for Contact Centre.
- Coordinates the 'Go to market' campaigns and handling of new customer lists for Contact Centre for 'Cold Calling' execution
- Responsible for monitoring, analysing, and forecasting of PUSH activities (budget and # Screening / Tests)
- Other tasks as deemed appropriate by Manager
Experience and Qualifications
- Masters or bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field.
- 5+ years in marketing/business role
- 5+ years in customer acquisition role
- Prior experience in a leadgeneration role (B2B or B2C experience)
- Prior experience in retail sector is desirable
- Prior experience in campaign management and endend project management
Skills and Competencies
- Proficient financial and analytical acumen
- High proficiency using MS Office Suite
- Demonstrated understanding of project management, process management, service delivery and PM software
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage and prioritise competing demands with a customerfocused and outcomescantered approach
