In this exciting role, the Account Manager will ultimately be responsible to lead the implementation of winning fragrance solutions for our clients to defend the existing business and drive further business growth, in close collaboration with a team of talented professionals.

Your key responsibilities

Responsible to colead and manage a key account and to grow our revenue and profitability, by establishing Firmenich as the clients' key partner, winning projects, and selling profitable fragrances;
Define account objectives, develop strategy by identifying business opportunities and success criteria, and implement action plan accordingly;
Lead client longterm relationship and consolidate Firmenich as the House of preference of our customers by being the strategic goto partner that educates and inspire them with strategic and innovative concepts and content that best support their brand's ambition and business vision as well as think outside the box and work proactively not only to identify new spaces, market trends and key moves but also to guide on landing them into relevant and businessoriented solutions;
Oversees entire value chain: product life cycle management, demand planning, customer care, and supply chain to ensure the highest customer satisfaction and maximum value extraction;
Work and lead with a multicultural and multifunctional team
Marketing, Consumer Insights, and Fragrance Creation across the Globe on reactive and proactive projects with excellence;
Drive a successful collaborative team spirit through fruitful team interactions and crossfertilization always focusing on business objectives and needs.

You bring

Fluent in English & Portuguese;
High energy, entrepreneurship, and engaging profile;
Teamwork spirit, resilience, cando attitude, passion to learn and win, creativity, and proactivity;
Ability to develop successful client relationships;
Consolidated communication skills, excellent presenter;
Experience working with Perfumery, Beauty, and/or Branding is required.
