YOUR ROLE:


  • Join Henkel's Digital Transformation and contribute to our commitment to Sustainability;
  • Preparation for a fasttrack development in the organization to become our leaders of the future;
  • 18month Trainee program providing a broad overview of the role and tasks of the key pillars of Supply Chain Function at Henkel Adhesive Technologies;
  • The goal is to acquire all essential knowledge to become future managers, in fields such as Customer Service, Network Supply Planning, Logistics or other key areas, in order to build a deep insight to the different functions through rotations of work;
  • Time management between working, scheduled training and coaching, according to the plan;
  • During the program you will benefit from Individual trainings, development plans, a high level of visibility, mentor's guidance, network with senior leaders and other trainees globally;
  • Upon completion of the program, you will be placed in a responsible position across the supply chain organization where the knowledge and expertise learned through the program will provide you with a wide range of career opportunities.

YOUR SKILLS:


  • Top graduated student from engineering (Chemical, Industrial, Materials, Production, Mechanical, System);
  • 23 years of experience at most (Production, Quality, Engineering, Lean, SHE);
  • Internacional Academic experience (preferably);
  • Fluent/Advanced English skills;
  • High level of commitment and digital profile;
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and analytical skills;
  • Initiative, ambitious, resilience skills and good team player;
  • Leadership potencial, Agility, Judgement and impact;
  • National & International mobility is needed.
  • Position 100% on site.
