Você está pronto para um desafio emocionante em um projeto incrível? Estamos buscando um Gerente de Programas de ERP com especialização em Oracle Retail para liderar uma equipe talentosa em um ambiente dinâmico e inovador.
Responsabilidades:
Liderar a implementação e aprimoramento contínuo do sistema ERP Oracle Retail.
Gerenciar o ciclo de vida completo do projeto, desde o planejamento até a entrega e manutenção pós-implementação.
Colaborar com diversas equipes para garantir a integração eficaz do sistema com os processos de negócios existentes.
Desenvolver e manter cronogramas, orçamentos e recursos para garantir o sucesso do projeto.
Identificar e resolver proativamente os desafios e assegurar a conformidade com os requisitos do cliente.
Requisitos:
Experiência comprovada em liderança de projetos de implementação de ERP, preferencialmente Oracle Retail.
Profundo conhecimento técnico do Oracle Retail e suas integrações com outros sistemas empresariais.
Excelentes habilidades de comunicação e capacidade comprovada de gerenciar relacionamentos com clientes e partes interessadas.
Fortes habilidades analíticas e capacidade de resolver problemas de forma criativa.
Certificação Oracle e experiência prévia em varejo são altamente desejáveis.
