Day-to-day responsibilities: The applicant hired will be tasked with programming and implementing RPG LE programs as part of a larger project. With greater knowledge of our solution, the applicant could also assist with design, managing, and implementing projects.

Mandatory technical requirements:
Duties include the programming and implementation of IBM Power-i (AS/400) base projects.

Applicant must be proficient with working on the IBM Power-i, programming RPGLE and free format RPG, and working with the DB2 database.

Desirable technical requirements:

Working knowledge of any of the major manufacturing ERP systems such as ERP-LX (formerly BPCS),System/21/Aurora (formerly JBA), or JD Edwards is a definite plus.

Hiring Methods and overall information:

100% remote role
Average of 168 hours per month.
You could be hired as a CLT employee (payment in Real) or as an Independent Contractor (payment in Canadian Dollars).
Work according to the EST Time zone
