Joyful Village is an English school with an alternative teaching method.

We believe fluency achievement and learning are easier if the kids have a healthy and fun relationship with their teachers.

Our methodology is called Teaching From the Heart, where personal development is the key, because "kids don't learn from people they don't like", therefore, to become a better teacher, become a better person.


Responsible for:

  • Plan and minister Classes in English for 3 to 14yearold children according to the school's methodology;
  • Create and implement fun and didactic activities focusing on socialization, comprehension, and use of English;
  • Interact and engage with children in English during the whole time they are in school;
  • Participate in activities with the children and not only monitor them.

Requirements:


  • Availability in at least 2 sessions per week (Monday and Wednesday or Tuesday and Thursday), being either from 8 AM to 12:00 or 2 PM to 6 PM), besides being available to plan classes and activities;
  • Being willing to commit to being at the school for at least one semester;
  • Charisma with children;
  • Energy to call attention, motivate and play with children in English;
  • Being able to go to the BRT Park Way station.
