Your Role and Responsibilities

Nesta função, você trabalhará em nosso IBM Client Innovation Center (CIC), onde oferecemos profundo conhecimento técnico e do setor para uma ampla gama de clientes do setor público e privado em todo o mundo.

Esses centros oferecem aos nossos clientes habilidades e conhecimento técnico para impulsionar a inovação e a adoção de novas tecnologias.

Como Consultor(a), você atuará como um(a) profissional voltado(a) para o cliente, que vende, lidera e implementa serviços especializados utilizando a amplitude das ofertas e tecnologias da IBM.

Um(a) Consultor(a) de sucesso é considerado pelos clientes como um(a) consultor(a) de negócios confiável, que colabora para fornecer soluções inovadoras usadas para resolver os problemas de negócios mais desafiadores.

Você trabalhará em projetos que ajudam os clientes a integrar estratégia, processo, tecnologia e informações para aumentar a eficácia, reduzir custos e melhorar o lucro e o valor para os acionistas.

Você poderá aproveitar as oportunidades para dominar novas habilidades, trabalhar em diferentes disciplinas, enfrentar novos desafios e desenvolver uma compreensão sólida de diferentes setores.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

Sólida experiência com SAP SuccessFactors no módulo de Employee Central;
Conhecimento em Compensantion e Workforce Analytics;
Experiência com AMS/Suporte e melhorias;
Nível Superior Completo;
Inglês avançado (diferencial).
