Minimum qualifications:


  • 8 years of experience planning, pitching, and executing a territory business strategy/business programs and scale business.
  • 6 years of experience managing a quotacarrying Sales team.
  • Experience promoting data and analytics software or solutions.
  • Experience in meeting or exceeding business targets.

Preferred qualifications:


  • 10 years of experience in cloudrelated sales or sales management.
  • Experience in SaaS business management performance, including scaling Sales teams and building a high growth SaaS business.
  • Knowledge of the data analytics ecosystem and the various technologies to drive deeper technology adoption within a customer.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, strategic, and problem solving skills.

Responsibilities:


  • Build and maintain executive relationships with customers, consult longterm strategic direction and act as a trusted advisor.
  • Build, coach, mentor, motivate, and guide a team of representatives. Manage the team daytoday, offering leveraged support for critical business opportunities, as well as career mentorship.
  • Help to develop and execute strategic account plans, including a broader enterprise plan across key verticals.
  • Assist customers in identifying use cases suitable for Looker deployment, articulate key differentiators and typical customer buying journeys. Display a passion for how businesses are transformed through the use of data and analytics.
  • Report the state of the business for your assigned territory, including progression against assigned key performance indicators and strategic goals.
