Como será o seu dia a dia de trabalho?

Como Analista de Infraestrutura Pleno, você será responsável por fornecer serviços e soluções aos nossos clientes,
atuando em documentações e análises pró-ativas do ambiente de Network e Security.

Quais serão as suas responsabilidades?

Realizar
documentações de assessment dos ambientes dos clientes,
apontando recursos previstos, principais pontos de melhorias, riscos e vulnerabilidades;
Apoiar eventualmente na atuação em incidentes e resoluções de problemas;
Acompanhar eventualmente implantações e entregas técnicas de projetos de média e alta complexidade;

Preparar e realizar apresentações e demonstrações de produtos, arquitetura e
pontos de melhorias;:

Colaborar com a equipe de suporte técnico para resolver questões técnicas e fornecer orientação especializada;
Contribuir com conhecimento nas verticais de atuação e fazer recomendações para o desenvolvimento de novos serviços do nosso _gotomarket_.

O que esperamos que você possua?

Experiência nas operações do dia a dia incluindo todas as nuances de
infraestrutura de rede e segurança;
Proficiência em
protocolos de rede, roteamento, switches e configurações de firewall;
Compreensão dos princípios de design e
arquitetura de Network e Security;
Conhecimento em soluções de segurança, como
firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPN, autenticação;
Certificação CCNP Routing and Switching ou Security.
