Department Operations- LevelExperienced (Individual Contributor)- LocationBrazil - São PauloThe Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products.

The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.


About the Team:


  • Responsible for supporting BPO BR regarding QA and productivity and support in the continuous improvement of platform policies.
  • Monitor QA results and follow up on action plans with the BPO;
  • Daily feedback on QA review points;
  • Prepare results presentations to the management team;
  • Respond to disputes and doubts;
  • Identify opportunities points in the task process, proposing improvement;
  • Analyze samples of tasks carried out by the BPO team, to measure assertiveness;
  • Alignment meetings with the BPO;
  • Work in partnership with the areas of training, communication and policies;
  • Alignment meetings with the internal teams;
  • Prepare results presentations to the management team;

  • Sending feedback daily to the teams involved with the tasks;
  • Identify opportunities points in task process, proposing improvement;

Requirements:


  • Technical course or graduation in Administration, Management, Quality or related areas;
  • Intermediary level of Microsoft Office and Excel/Google sheets Knowledge;
  • English is a plus.
