Your Role and Responsibilities
They have a thorough understanding of the customer's business, goals, strategies, industry trends, and directions.

They contribute to the productivity of a team, defining and shaping products in collaboration with clients, developers, and designers.

They are responsible for communicating product and project management and ensuring everyone on the team is unblocked, in sync, and working toward a common goal.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

Deep knowledge as a team leader or senior infrastructure specialist in an Agile Project model;
Demonstrated experience in a production support environment;
Demonstrated communication skills in a customer facing environment;
Knowledge on tools such as Trello, GitHub, Jira, Excel, MS Project;
Good Communication skills and ability to lead global teams remotely;
Experience with data visualization, analytics and metrics;
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

Strong understanding of Cloud Infrastructure concepts;
Deep knowledge supporting zOS Infrastructure components;
Knowledge and handson experience of infrastructure architecture concepts;
Experience managing or working with enterprise level life cycle management;
Strong organization and execution, able to lead planning and execution, able to articulate to stakeholders and manage risks;
Ability to influence and coordinate crossfunctional teams;
Exposure to Automation Tools such as Ansible.
