Job Description:

Requirements:

Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering / Electrical / Electronic / Automation.
Services knowledge to help improve services operations and the growth in LA region.
Project Management, field service, and project development experience is a plus.
Ability to interact with both internal and external customers.

Main activities:

Lead proposal development for Solutions & Services projects, contracts, and transactional opportunities.
Ensure proper pricing & cost estimation, risk analysis and mitigation strategy associated, proposal content, compliance, approval processes, customer liaison and business partner/vendor coordination.
Selects, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the proposal function assuring team skills and develop domain expertise.
Drive the efficiency, consistency, quality, and accuracy of our proposals while adhering to appropriate processes and procedures.
Impulse synergy between Services, Solutions, Sales, and Distributors to support the Customer Lifecycle Journey.
Achieving business goals of win rates, consolidated Frontlog, growth initiatives and productivity.
