Responsibilities:


THE OPPORTUNITY


As Revenue Management Sr Manager your scope would consist of leading RM Capabilities area transformation by improving and developing RM processes, Tools, Frameworks and support RM translation initiatives to be implemented.


YOUR IMPACT

  • Accountable for translate Revenue Management actions into price tables, commercial conditions;
  • Prepare tracking reports to manage implementation governance;
  • Lead RM capabilities & playbooks initiatives for PBF;
  • Ensures alignment, development and governance of RM processes;
  • Develop new tools to support RM plans;
  • Develop tracking of initiatives to evaluate the effectiveness of RM iniatives;
  • Develop ROI analysis utilizing consumer information to generate insights for promotional strategy;
  • Develop promotional guidelines and playbooks;
  • Manage and Control budget for RM projects;
  • Develop strong relationships with finance, marketing and finance areas to improve the business sense and to increase the influence power of RM area;
  • Demonstrate the ability to crossfunctionally gather, analyze, and make RM recommendations that help drive profitability and growth;
  • Provide analytical support and business recommendations based on findings and key consumer insights;
  • Support global/regional tools and frameworks to land with correct granularity and requirements of PBF.

Qualifications:

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • 10 years+ of experience in RM / Pricing / Capabilties;
  • Demonstrate the ability to crossfunctionally gather, analyze, and make RM recommendations to drive profitability and growth;
  • Strong analytical skills including the ability to effectively utilize data from multiple source to drive decisions;
  • Deep Net Revenue Management strategy and operating experience;
  • Broad multichannel sales experience preferably within Direct and Indirect channels;
  • Strategic thinking skills ability to review complex data, pulling out key insights & translating into high level storylines & concise practical plans for execution, including strong analytical and Excel skills;
  • Ability to take the best possible decision with low or limited information;
  • Strong commercial ability to guarantee all complexity of RM analysis to be translated into simple and effective communication;
  • Self starter able to drive progress in an ambiguous environment;
  • Influencing skills demonstration of ability to influence both internal and external agenda at senior level;
  • Strong results orientation, track record of hitting and exceeding targets;
  • Change management leading large scale change throughout levels of an organization;
  • Proven leadership and people development of a diverse team / group of stakeholders.
