Responsibilities:


The Opportunity
***- Work with the eGTM Manager, on the front line of digital sales projects, having the role of working with internal and external teams.


Your Impact

  • Influences and aligns with LATAM and Brazil Stakeholders the program strategy, risk management, and the financial impacts as the main accountable of the B2B transformation program for Brazil Sales
  • Support the construction CAPEX and Business case design for Sales in PBF aligned with LATAM B2B transformation program
  • Responsible for the definition and implementation of the Digital Sales (B2B) model across Channels and Regions
  • Responsible for the definition and implementation of new digital business (i.e. 1P/3P marketplaces, Software as a Service, fintech, ad services) and the operating model needed to support it (Digital Sales Operating Model)
  • Lead the strategy for expansion and operation of the Digital Sales Model
  • Alignment and proper integration of all the PBF Sales projects to the Digital Operations Model (Model Custodian)
Request required Opex/Capex for effective expansion


Qualifications:

  • Graduates in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Marketing, related careers (Exclusive)
  • Experience in commercial positions (verifiable)
  • Exclusive. Desirable in massive consumption
  • Leadership and communications skills
  • Network building skills
  • Experience driving business analysis, creating business plans and executing on these plans
- experience in leadership/management roles with team management (desirable)

  • Advanced English, Spanish and Portuguese (desirable)
  • Collaboration across borders, creating successful networks between multidisciplinary teams.

  • Natural business translator between different profiles

  • Technical skills in project management (Program Management Professional Certification)
Capable to approach the systemic / holistic perspective of the organization and of specific opportunities

  • B2B Digital Sales Model is a multicategory, multichannel and multiregional business transformation.
  • Marketplace and additional digital new business requires interacting with bottlers and other major CPG and Service providers leaders
  • The introduction of marketplace business will require major transformations in Operations and Supply Chain (fleet optimization, warehousing, routing, procurement) to enable other categories to be sold and delivered
  • Includes several OUs across LATAM, with different ExCom and stakeholders.
