- Lead a production staff capable of meeting/exceeding the goals of the tobacco manufacturing factories.
- Ensure that all production activities are conducted in alignment with safety, quality and sustainabilityinitiatives.
- Provide relevant training, coaching, and mentoring to tobacco manufacturing factories site colleagues.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations in accordance with Company policy and provide appropriatedisciplinary measures when necessary.
- Work closely with the factory manager and Brew-master to generate daily production schedules and ensure that they are met.
- Work closely with the factory team to maintain the integrity of the tobacco and ensure there is no contamination.
