Your profile

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, (or foreign degree equivalent), or a related field experience
6+ years of experience in the job offered or in an acceptable alternate occupation
Working with Gas Turbines and Compressors
Knowledge with Gas turbine/ Compressor Control System Knowledge such as core engine system, gas fuel system, lube oil system, dry gas system, instrumentation air system; Knowledge in Compressors (centrifugal and reciprocating)
Trained in Gas Turbine Installation and commissioning, inspection of turbine internal components and combustion chamber; Technical Knowledge of Gas Turbines including troubleshooting.

Your responsibilities

Support Project Manager and Lead for the installation & commissioning (I&C) and warranty claims / activities of a project.
Plan & Coordinate project installation and commissioning activities at the project site on assigned projects after PM300.
Provide I&C site status updates to Customer, Project Manager,and other stake holders on the site management plan. Coordinate the resolutionof any issues on site with customers, suppliers, and/or Siemens'representatives.
Support / coordinate formal site client interface with customer,region and factories to assign TFA/FSR resources to meet the I&C schedule.
Provide approval for project procurement plan, procurement budget, purchase order requisitions, and purchase orders for the I&C phase of the project
Create and maintain critical path for the I&C schedule and also create and support management of project site execution plan, as assigned. Coordinate with customer, region and factories to assign TFA/FSR resources to meet the I&C schedule.
Coordinate the accuracy and resolution of site Fault Reports (FR). Review site activities and potential process improvements for future jobs through Lessons Learned and NCC resolution.
