- Work collaboratively with the Regional Sales Director, Brazil, ILSC Education Group and ELS Educational Services and Sales team colleagues to ensure that enrolment targets are exceeded. This will be achieved both by opening new agreements and increasing volumes from existing partners
- Assist Sales Director developing marketing projections and marketing cost analyses
- Promote ILSC Education Group & ELS through effective:
- Produce group quotes
- Actively listen to our clients' needs and share it with the management in a timely manner
- Recruit new agents and strengthen relationships with existing agents.
- Report on agents' performance as well as economic factors that affect enrollment numbers
- Proactively manage ILSC Education Groups reputation within Brazil
- Actively facilitate feedback loop internally and externally
- Participate in the development of new promotional materials.
- Suggest new programs and courses in response to market needs.
- Respond to general agent inquiries within the Brazil market within one business day
- Travel to attend recruitment and promotion activities, to build long lasting relationships with stakeholders
- Coordinate travel arrangements and reports prior and after trip.
- Other duties and projects as per the direction of the Regional Sales Director, Brazil, ILSC Education Group and ELS Educational Services
- Formal education in marketing, business, communications, or related field (not mandatory)
- + years of experience in the international education/recruitment industry
- Willingness and ability to travel
- Strong knowledge and experience of Education in Canada, Australia and the US
- Experience with pathway providers
- Existing network and relationships within the education industry
- Eligibility to work in the hiring location without sponsorship

Location: Sao Paulo, Brazil
The Sales Coordinator, Brazil, ILSC Education Group and ELS Educational Services is part of our global Sales and Marketing team. This role comes with direct responsibility for planning and implementing the sales activities of ILSC and ELS within ideal candidate will bring their experiences working with agencies, schools, and universities to identify, encourage, and support the enrollment of students into language and vocational programs. He/She will be a personable and persuasive communicator, results-oriented, highly ethical, a great team player, and seeking an opportunity to grow with a world-leading organization in international education.
The Sales Coordinator, Brazil, ILSC Education Group and ELS Educational Services is a full-time, salary position with hours of work per week. The position will begin with daytime hours, Monday to Friday, but hours may vary and require flexibility. The position offers the flexibility of remote work, but the candidate must be based within Latin America.
