Our vision is to create a service that makes B2B purchasing as easy as buying things on Amazon for personal use.

We want to give anyone from anywhere in the world an opportunity to order goods from factories in China (and later from any other country in the world) quickly, easily, and safely.

JoomPro is one of the key businesses of Joom, an international group of e-commerce and fintech companies that was founded in 2016 in Latvia.

Joom also includes four other businesses:

Joom Marketplace, a platform for shopping from all over the world; Onfy, a pharmaceutical marketplace in Germany; Joompay, a fintech service for daily financial transactions in Europe; Joom Logistics, a business that provides logistics, technology and infrastructure services for cross-border eCommerce.

Joom's offices are located in Latvia, China, Hong Kong, the USA, Germany, Luxembourg and Portugal.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a comprehensive business strategy to achieve market leadership in Brazil and expand into LATAM
Design product plan to capitalize on market trends, opportunities, and potential risks.
Develop and execute marketing efforts to build brand awareness and establish JoomPro Analytics as a thought leader in the ecommerce analytics space
Lead customer acquisition efforts, employing datadriven approaches to identify and target key customer segments
Establish partnerships with all major local players
Oversee daytoday operations to ensure efficiency, scalability, and profitability
Build and lead a highperforming team

Requirements:

Proven experience in a senior leadership role within a startup environment
Strong background in marketing, with a focus on digital and ecommerce
Indepth knowledge of the online marketplace landscape in Brazil and LATAM
Fluency in Portuguese and English is mandatory; proficiency in Spanish is highly preferred
Exceptional strategic thinking, problemsolving, and decisionmaking skills
Demonstrated ability to build and lead highperforming teams
