Responsibilities:


What will you work on:


Investigate, design, train, implement, regulate and verify the correct execution of the systems, processes, methodologies and tools so that the integration and front-line teams for manufacture lines comply with the standards of the process and Quality by consistently reproducing the Design of products for the satisfaction of our Clients and Consumers.


Accountabilities:

  • Ensure compliance with specific manufacturing processes and product quality according to consumer satisfaction as well as detect opportunities for continuous improvement
  • Develops and implements the master plan for technical training in processes, in conjunction with specialist Brazil.
  • Assures the elaboration of the product under the quality specifications and statistical tools
  • Standardize equipment and processes based on the ideal line, to ensure capability and productivity, as well as the elimination of nonquality costs
  • Advise, recommend and support the technical feasibility for the development of new products and inputs.
  • Verify the reproducibility and consistency of the Gold Standard, through periodic evaluations, coordinating preventive and corrective improvement actions, establishing and replicating in all plants the best practices for quality consistency and increased productivity.
  • Support IPS process audits and ensures that improvement plans are executed.
  • Develops and leads work teams in manufacturing process improvement projects, generating value through quality consistency, productivity and continuous improvement.
  • Together with R&D, it participates in the elaboration and validation of the Product Manual from kneading to packaging, defining the correct execution of the process.
  • Identifies opportunities for improvement in the systems, proposes updates, generating a continuous improvement of the same.
  • Implements scorecard of KPI's Processes with reports to Manufacturing committees of results, monitoring and project progress.

Qualifications:
Who are we looking for?

  • Education: Food Engineering, Chemistry, Biochemistry or similar
  • Experience: minimum 3 years in similar position.
  • Knowledge in Quality systems, process control and statistical tools (CEP, Quality Route, Lean Sigma)
  • Personal Profile: Creative, Dynamic, excellent in communication skills and teamwork, with initiative.
  • Languages: Basic Spanish and Basic English

  • Be for at least 12 months within your current level/position
  • Notify your direct manager that you are interested in this position
  • PDR evaluation must be at least 2/2 in the last two years
  • Have not received any suspension over the last 12 months.
