Job Description:

Mission
Support the management of Jellyfish's outgoing transactions, and forging strong relationships with suppliers.

You will have responsibility for the input and payments of supplier invoices, credit notes and payments. You will be responsible for administration and processing documents for input onto the SAGE X3 system. In addition you will be responsible for timely payment of internal and external expenses.

To ensure that all documentation received for suppliers and expense customers are monitored and effectively processed and paid on time.

Responsibilities:

Ensure all documentation for suppliers/creditors and expense employees are monitored, effectively processed and paid on time.
Making sure supplier invoice problems are identified and queries are proactively highlighted and reported to the Accounts Payable Manager (P2P).
To manage all data throughput in the department to ensure that it is managed effectively and processed efficiently.
Support with weekly/monthly Cash Forecasting deliverables.
Reconciling supplier statements on a monthly basis.
Support with AP and other balance sheet reconciliations.
Manage the Accounts Payable Inbox including ServiceNow AP ticketing system.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, management, or a related field.

Requirements:

Very good user of Portuguese and English. Spanish is a plus.
Moderate knowledge of accounting and management principles and accounts payable procedures.
Procure to pay or Purchase to pay P2P knowledge is a bonus.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency with computers, especially business solutions and bookkeeping software.
Moderate planning and problemsolving skills.
Ability to analyze information and processes.
Motivation to develop and maintain internal and external relationships.
Commitment to ethical behavior with a willingness to adhere to all company policies and current financial legislation.
