Specific responsibilities of the role:


  • Manage external and internal activities during tenders. Responsible to define, align and implement the winning strategy to secure new orders for Alstom LAM business. Lead all the internal activities during tenders process and support Business Development area.
  • Indirectly supervises varied employees in the Bids & Proposals, and leads the tender activities of the team in the delivery of tender response.
  • Develops and implements strategic Proposal plans to accommodate corporate goals.
  • Reviews market analyses to determine customer needs and price schedules.
  • Control the concerned tender budget
  • Delivers presentations to key clients in coordination with sales representatives.
  • Assisting sales representative with maintaining relationships, negotiating and closing deals.
  • Coordinates liaison between Proposal department, Regional Industrial Organization, Product Platform, and other related units.
  • Coordinates with bid teams to create and support tender governance documentation and lead all tender governance reviews on behalf of the region.
  • Participates in technical reviews with platforms and engineering organizations to deliver a best value product solution to our customer

Qualifications & Experience

Degree - Engineering or Business Administration

Previous experience: 5 years minimum of pertinent experience

Language skills - Yes, English (Verbal and written fluence), Spanish Desired

Travel required - Yes, mainly inside Americas.
